Today, February 23rd, 2026, I’m sharing that Warriors Insight Therapy is officially closing as of May 2026.

This comes with a lot of emotion: sadness, gratitude, and deep pride. Warriors was built with intention and heart, and it became something meaningful because of the people who carried it forward every day.

The honest truth is that Warriors deserved more attention than I was able to give. Rather than let the work be limited by my absence, I chose to honor it fully by closing this chapter.

To the Warriors Team: You are the heart of this practice. Even when I was mostly behind the scenes, you showed up with excellence, care, and integrity. You are the superstars, and I am endlessly grateful to you.

To our clients: Thank you for trusting us with your stories and your healing. Your courage and perseverance, to do the work and to build lives you know you deserve—will always be the most powerful part of this journey.

Holding sadness and pride together today. Thank you to everyone who made Insight what it was.
